Thursday Night Bible Study – Living Ready in the Last Days

Join us as we conclude our verse-by-verse study of 2 Peter with a powerful look at Chapter 3. This teaching will strengthen your faith, ground you in God’s Word, and help you live with confidence in uncertain times. Discover why God’s timing is rooted in mercy and how to stay anchored in truth instead of culture. This week is online only, so join us live and follow along in the YouVersion Bible App.

Part 3 of the Life Connected series focuses on the importance of unity within the body of Christ. From 1 Corinthians 1:10, this message teaches how believers are called to be perfectly joined together in faith, purpose, and mission. When the church stays connected to Christ and to one another, it becomes stronger, healthier, and more effective in sharing the Gospel.

2 Peter Bible Study – Week 3 | Standing in Truth in a World of Deception

In this Thursday Night Bible Study, we continue our verse-by-verse journey through the book of 2 Peter by exploring chapter 2, where the Apostle Peter warns the church about false teaching and the importance of sound doctrine. Through biblical examples such as Noah, Lot, and Balaam, we see that while deception exists, God faithfully delivers the righteous. As believers grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ and remain grounded in Scripture, they become equipped to recognize error and walk confidently in the truth of the gospel.

In this encouraging message from Hebrews 10:24–25, we explore God’s design for Christian community and the importance of believers gathering together. Scripture calls us to consider one another, stir up love and good works, and encourage each other in our walk with Christ. Faith was never meant to be lived in isolation. When believers gather, faith is strengthened, hope is renewed, and lives are uplifted. This message reminds us that the church is not just a place we attend—it is a family where we grow, serve, and build one another up as we look forward to the return of Christ.

Life “Really” Connected challenges us to move beyond shallow, screen-based interaction and rediscover the power of face-to-face, Jesus-centered community. Rooted in Scripture and the example of the early church, this message reminds us that true connection brings joy, strengthens faith, and reflects the love of Christ to the world.

Frozen doesn’t mean finished. In this encouraging message, Assistant Pastor James Hopson reminds us that fear, trauma, and delay cannot cancel God’s calling. Drawing from 2 Timothy 1:6–7, this message calls believers to stir up what God has placed within them and move forward in faith.
