LA HERMOSA CHILDREN'S FEEDING
CENTER AND DAY CARE
MATTHEW 25:36 NAKED, AND YE CLOTHED ME: I WAS SICK, AND YE VISITED ME: I WAS IN PRISON, AND YE CAME UNTO ME.
"Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Enter, you who are blessed by my Father! Take what's coming to you in this kingdom. It's been ready for you since the world's foundation. And here's why: I was hungry and you fed me, I was thirsty and you gave me a drink, I was homeless and you gave me a room, I was shivering and you gave me clothes, I was sick and you stopped to visit, I was in prison and you came to me."
— Matthew 25:34-36

Grace Life Family Church World Missions is reaching into Lima Peru and helping feed and teach beautiful children. Through the already established ministry founded by Pedro and Norma Ravello in 1988 and is being continued through their son and his wife.
One of the areas of ministry for GLFC is to never forget the great commandment of the Lord Jesus to "Go into all the World". One of the ways we do that is through ministry projects such as La Hermosa Children's Feeding Center and Day Care. Another way we do this is to reach out to men and women who are in prisons.
We help them with much needed items like bathroom tissue, toothbrushes, deodorant and feminine products for the women, things many take for granted but are not easily obtained for those in the prisons in South America and in the United States. We also help to supply blankets, clothing and shoes to orphanages as we are able.
This is all done through local ministries that we are personally involved with. These are our Matthew 25:36 projects that we help through financial donations made to Grace Life Family Church, and we also are able to do this part of the ministry with mission teams that come and bring items with them when coming on a mission trip.
If you would like to be a part of helping us supply these much-needed items, we invite you to help us with a gift of any amount to GLFC Missions.

Currently La Hermosa is serving 30 - 40 children per day Monday through Friday in Lima Peru, campus and, as part of children's ministry work, a Sunday school happens every week with an attendance of at least 50 children of different ages who have an opportunity to hear the stories of the Bible and get to hear just how much Jesus loves them and cares for each one of them.
And now there is a new work in the cities of Chincha Alto, Laran District and New Laran District working with approximately 80 children of low economic resources serving 80+ lunches every Saturday and Sunday.
The good news is GLFC has the privilege of being a part of this great work that has been an ongoing ministry for the past 30 years to the glory of God.
LA HERMOSA (THE BEAUTIFUL)
HISTORICAL REVIEW OF THE CHURCH OF GOD PENTECOSTAL “LA HERMOSA”...
Around the year 1988 Pedro and Norma Ravello came to fulfill the work of God in the urbanization Pachacamac in Villa El Salvador. They started meetings at their home with neighbors on prayer nights. After seeing the needs of the families and the environment as a result of terrorism in Peru, they began to give breakfasts to the families in the vicinity.
Eventually a dining room was opened for the attention of the children, where they offered lunch to 350 children. Then the church, little by little, was built with the support of the children and brothers of that time and the Pentecostal Church of God "La Hermosa" was born.
In 2016 our beloved pastors died leaving Pastors Jonathan and Rosa Maria Ravello in charge of the work, who are following with the same vision, mission and love that our pastors taught us.
Continuing with the work of the children's ministry called "Children for Christ", a daycare center was set up to care for low-income children, offering them breakfast, lunch and a pre-dinner dish. The center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We also serve children of pre-kinder education of 3 to 5 years old.
We currently serve 30 children (in total) from Monday to Friday. We also, as part of children’s ministry work, have Sunday school every week with an attendance of 50 children of different ages. We have also expanded the work. We now have a work in Chincha Alto Laran and Nuevo Laran working with 80 children of low economic resources offering them lunches every Saturday and Sunday. We have been doing all this work for the past 30 years for the glory of God.
